Maileva Registered Mail

Prepare and carry out your sending securely using your online space. Maileva looks after printing your registered letters (and attachments if applicable).

With our service, your mail is protected by the law and has the same security as traditional methods of postage: your mail has an electronic postmark from La Poste as soon as you validate it.

Since the 1st of January 2019, our eIDAS-certified electronic registered mail sending service is equivalent to traditional registered mail services with acknowledgement of receipts by post. 

• Same legal value as traditional postage methods
• Presumption of reliablity: "Only a partner of a trusted service can be eIDAS qualified for registered mail sending. AR24 was the first ANSSI certified partner, accredited in April 2018."
• Secure sender and recipient identification (high level/degree of confidence) conforming to requirements (via OTP codes or webcam identifcation)
• Possibility to implement a consenting factor to facilitate collection for recipients (individuals and administrations)

Maileva Copro supports paper or electronic registered mail (with electronice acknowledgement of reciept) according to the choice of recipient.

The decree 2020-834 of 2 July 2020, provides for the use of electronic acknowledgement of reciept for registered letters for mail sent to co-ownership trustees for the following documents:

• Annual General Meeting invitations
• Minutes of Annual General Meetings
• Letters of formal notice
